Excellent agent
First time dealing with property managers. I feel extremely lucky to meet Robert and his team member Kara from Fremantle branch. Highly recommend them to anyone who want to lease them property out and get professional jobs done.

It's ok, not bad but not great!
In some cases the communication with our pm is great, requests are put in and actions are made but in terms of trying to contact our pm for things such as pet bonds, trying to get confirmation of correct details etc. via email it is a waiting process or even a 'no response', it's just not great given that it's been only our first month dealing with them. But on the plus side receptionist have been lovely when we go into the office :)

Okay agency
Have been somewhat frustrated with the services. We have been waiting for a second fob key for nearly 3 weeks and still with no result or reasoning as to why. There are holes in the en-suite walls which are still to be rectified. Overall not a bad start to our stay

Generally good performance as a property manager; my only improvement suggestion would be that communications could be a little bit more pro-active at times, they did a good job at finding new tenants after the previous lease finished though.
