Richard made the selling on my property completely seamless and effortless. He regularly provided me with updates on how my property was placed in the market and updates following the home opens. Once the property was sold, Richard went out of his way to drop of the paperwork to me in order to get settlement started as soon as possible. Unfortunately I did not receive the same level of satisfaction as other buyers/sellers who Richard has assisted in past sales. I can tell that Richard has achieved great success and has been rated highly in other sales but sadly in my experience this was not evident. In my experience he was distant, not very proactive and ultimately showed up late to settlement which made it even more stressful as a first home buyer. Richard seemed knowledgable with his general property market knowledge but I was left unsatisfied by his lack of professionalism and communication.

He opened the property at every opportunity, and vigorously pursued the offers that came in. The major attribute Harry has, is his ability to communicate.
