Honest strait forward advice.

I asked three real estate firms to value my property. One firm would not commit to firm figures. Another valued property higher than the market would stand. Noeline valued property accurately, the same as the Bank and another registered valuation. She also told me my assessment of my property was too high for todays market. Worked hard to achieve a sale.
