Outstanding service and communication.

Brett is an amazing breath of fresh of air in the market. Always happy and quick to answer or reply to calls and follow up on queries. An amazing hard working agent willing to go the extra yards for the seller and the buyer to get a good outcome for all concerned. After selling my last house "twice" at the end of last year, over the last 4 Months Brett has unbiasedly taken me through over 50 properties in my price range in conjunction without issue all the agents in the local area. This was actually the only listing of his that he showed me through but we did go through many of Acton's listings, but this one just happened to tick enough of the boxes to put an offer in. On final inspection there were a few simple issues that he bought up with the sellers that resulted in them becoming quite abusive towards I’m and terminating the call on him. He rang me shocked that they refused to correct the matters offered to have it corrected at his cost which I thanked him for but kindly declined. I will be recommending Brett and Acton Rockingham to anyone who I might hear is selling or looking to buy in the area. I found him honest credible reliable and always willing to go the extra yard to get the job done. was disappointed once offer was accepted with communication

felt that everything was for the buyer, even though we were the ones paying the commission. was told the reason my house didn't sell was because it was dirty, i had it professionally cleaned prior to signing up this cost $400, it was not dirty at all. was told the garage bench was dirty and i shouldn't take offence when asked to clean it. our conversation end abruptly so now instead of us being happy with the sale we both are quite shocked with the last conversation we had with Brett
