Brett is an amazing breath of fresh of air in the market. Always happy and quick to answer or reply to calls and follow up on queries. An amazing hard working agent willing to go the extra yards for the seller and the buyer to get a good outcome for all concerned. After selling my last house "twice" at the end of last year, over the last 4 Months Brett has unbiasedly taken me through over 50 properties in my price range in conjunction without issue all the agents in the local area. This was actually the only listing of his that he showed me through but we did go through many of Acton's listings, but this one just happened to tick enough of the boxes to put an offer in. On final inspection there were a few simple issues that he bought up with the sellers that resulted in them becoming quite abusive towards I’m and terminating the call on him. He rang me shocked that they refused to correct the matters offered to have it corrected at his cost which I thanked him for but kindly declined. felt that everything was for the buyer, even though we were the ones paying the commission. was told the reason my house didn't sell was because it was dirty, i had it professionally cleaned prior to signing up this cost $400, it was not dirty at all. was told the garage bench was dirty and i shouldn't take offence when asked to clean it. our conversation end abruptly so now instead of us being happy with the sale we both are quite shocked with the last conversation we had with Brett

After having my house on the market for an extended time with plenty of interest but no offers my agent went on vacation for 6 weeks and Brett stood in. He came on board as though it was his own listing, was in constant contact with updates, with in two weeks had an offer on the table. Unfortunately the finance fell through. My original agent returned and after things went stagnate again I went in and had a meeting with the Licensee and requested Brett to take my listing over. It took about 6 weeks to happen as Brett was away on vacation then himself. Brett came back on board and with in 4 weeks had an offer on the table and two others waiting offer ........ accepted settled and out in 3 weeks...game over :) Brett is friendly approachable and honest in his assessments and advise on the market.
