Friendly, easy to deal with, and a great team
Shane and Kym showed a great depth of knowledge for the Victoria Park property market, and gave us some good suggestions on what we needed to do prior to the first home open. It helped there were two of them as we were first time sellers and wanted very regular information on how the process was going. They were able to bring through a large number of people in the first home open, and then additional people in a subsequent twilight viewing. The offer we accepted was received within 8 days of listing and above asking price in what was a challenging market for sellers, which was a fantastic result. My only additional comment would be there were times we asked for certain information and we didn't get a quick response. But we understand we were pretty demanding sellers and are nitpicking to find any kind of negative. Overall I would absolutely recommend them with confidence.

Review from selling my home
I found it an easy and enjoyable process in selling my previous home, with Kym and Shane. My home was sold quickly, when Kym and Shane took over the contact in selling the home. I was also happy with the price it sold for. I found that they both were great listeners and communicated really well with me at all times. They both also assisted me in locating another home to move too and were always ready to give me advice, when needed. Thank you Kym and Shane and I will be contacting you in my the future, if I buy or sell another house.

Marketing Gurus
Shane and Kym's marketing campaign for our property was absolutely brilliant. The professional photos and signage made me question if I really wanted to sell they were so good. I was a little skeptical of the suggestion of a video of the property, when I saw the video I was surprised at just how good it was. If you want to attract the most sellers to your home, use the Marketing Gurus, Shane and Kym Vasile.
