Jason demonstrated a real commitment to us as vendors given we live 1500km away from the property we were selling. He went over and above the service we've received elsewhere taking a personal interest in checking the property, keeping us informed while respecting our communications preference. We appreciated Jason's enthusiastic, energetic and positive approach to the sale of our property, Jason's efforts in keeping us in the loop, and his availability to us, were important aspects of the process. We always felt in sure hands and confident that the buyers Jason found were genuine and suitable. It was ultimately our decision to move quickly to ensure we successfully purchased the property we wanted But would have been satisfying to find a way to negotiate with our buyers to a greater extent.
