The whole process of selling through Acton South West was an excellent experience. Vincent Marruffo and his team run smoothly and efficiently like a well oiled machine. We are so impressed with how Vincent is accessible at all times, even when he is travelling and on holiday! He is always ready to answer our queries and concerns about the process. As we had tenants in our investment property, we were concerned about breaking the lease with them, but Vincent liaised with our Acton property manager and with the tenants in such a way that it turned out to be a win-win situation for all parties. Vincent kept us informed at every stage of the sale process and sold our property after just one house open and for a price exceeding our expectations. Vincent has continuously outdone himself, having sold multiple properties for us now. He is the go-to man in the South West. If this guy says he can do it, he can do it. I wouldn't use anyone else to represent us. Absolutely 5 stars.
