Would highty recommend Aaron and his team. He has an excellent knowledge of the local market, properties for sale, locations, area, age, condition etc. Communication was excellent, particularly as we were interstate owners, and our ability to visit the proeprty were very limited. We ended up selling before the property was even officially listed, with an offer that more than met our expectations.

Aaron and Emma were a delight to work with from start to finish during the sale of this house. As a result of suggestions made and orchestrated by them we made several improvements to the house which enabled us to get multiple offers and a better price than anticipated. The levels of communication along the way were excellent and I was aware of what was happening at all times . From listing to having a signed contract took less than a week. I have another house in the same street that I will be selling soon and will be using their services once again, this conveys how pleased I was with their services.
