Great agent!
Shane and Kym were fantastic to deal with, i was a first time buyer so they made the whole process very understandable and transparent. They were always avaliable to take phone calls and meet up when it was convicted for me. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend them highly.

Kym and Shane Delivered
We were hoping to sell our unit in a subdued market earlier this year, not only did Shane and Kym deliver just shy of our desired selling price, they did it in 6 days! We were so impressed with this, especially as we watched other friend's put their houses on the market around the same time only to have them languish for months. The whole Acton Vic Park team made our long settlement work and they were accommodating of any changes or questions we had. Kym's communication in particular was very appreciated, regular updates, honest opinions and a true desire to understand what we wanted out of the whole process.

Wonderful!
Shane and Kym were fabulous to work with right from the first visit until settlement day and beyond. I really appreciated their honest and helpful approach and their frequent communication meant I was aways kept in the loop. They explained each step of the process to me and made sure any questions I had were answered. The added bonus of them using social media for the sale had such a positive outcome - AMAZING! . You wont regret it!
Shane and Kym are both very personable and dynamic people. We initially chose Shane and Kym as we liked their digital marketing strategy and how that complimented the traditional sales approach. They also had very thorough understanding of the suburb profile and were very aware of happenings across the Perth market. Additional services such as the use of a free interior styling agent and a handyman to help prepare our property for sale was incredibly helpful. They provided us with weekly reports on all potential buyers who viewed our property along with a recommended strategy for the upcoming week. We didn’t appreciate how unique this actually was until we started looking for our next house and realised that we were not being engaged or followed up by those agents. Although we didn’t achieve our ideal sale price we were completely satisfied knowing that they worked as hard as they could to achieve the highest price possible in a falling market. We believe that was due to their easy dispositions, knowledge and super powers of persuasion. In addition to all that Shane and Kym also gave us information and negotiation advice on prospective new homes. Their combined efforts were really above and beyond in terms of general expectations for real estate, if you’re considering these guys to sell your home forget the others and just chose them. You won’t regret it.

Excellent service
I can't commend Kym and Shane Vasile highly enough. Their knowledge of the local market and the way they tackled the challenges we had with the depressed market for homes in Perth--especially those priced in our bracket (700K-800K)--was second to none. We ended up getting close to the price we wanted and doing much better than we thought we would.
