Our investment property is being managed by Crown Real Estate Ipswich since 2021 and we've never thought of going with other property management company since then. They are very punctual with communicating any tenant issues and inspection reports. I am impressed how they are on top of every inspection schedules, rent statement, contract updates and notices with any new legislation changes and how it would affect landlords and tenants. They action promptly any invoices or bills to make sure that it is paid on time. Any issues reported by tenants is being communicated promptly to us and they liaise with their contractors to get it fixed asap. Emerence has been very helpful and she ensures that they respond to any of our queries within 24 hours.
