Good start!
Being new to property investment, we needed an agency that would help us and understand that we are unexperienced and may need some extra help and support. We just started working working with David Dean but so far, so good. The process to find tenants was easy (and successful) but also the admin side and organising quotes for maintenance went smooth. Communication has been great and can only hope that service levels stay at this level.

Great Agency, hassle free
Dean's Real Estate had high numbers coming through as soon as house was available, and within the first week we had secured tenants with a 12 month lease. Highly recommend.

Great Communication & Hard Workers
I was very impressed with David Deane Real Estate. They took the time to explain every part of the rental process. It can be a stressful time and their calming voices and emails helped settle the nerves. They conducted inspections multiple times per week and provided a report following each inspection. Would highly recommend their services. Thank you.

Awful to deal with
Renting through this agency has been awful. Agency charges tenant a $1.50 fee each week to pay rent. This equates to an additional $78 a year. These charges are in addition to the charges they charge the owner. They do not offer a way to pay rent that does not incur a fee. The payment platform used is Simple Rent which is terrible to use and provides a delay of 3 days before it goes to the Agency. The Agency then sends default texts messages threatening tenant for non-payment. Staff unhelpful and rude
