Professional communication. All interactions with staff were polite and always answered all questions. I especially would like to mention Belinda - she is the most professional property manager I have encountered - and I’m 60 years old. Thank you to all staff at David Deane.

Tim from David Deane Real Estate managed a renovation project for my property in Deception Bay. Before we started, Tim made several phone calls with me to discuss my needs and even made a detailed spreadsheet with cost estimates. He obtained numerous quotes, coordinated trades, and took videos to show me the progress of the renovation. I live overseas and I have always wanted to carry out the renovation project but this has been impossible until I found Tim. The property is now rented out and the rental income is much more than before. Thank you Tim and the rest of the team from David Deane Real Estate!

I felt very positive with interactions with Tim at David Deane real estate, he was always answering emails quickly and seemed overall very caring about helping the renting process a smooth positive one. The chocolate biscuits and welcome note was also a lovely touch.
