We have known Mark for a number of years after both of our daughters purchased and sold through Mark. We decided to list our property with Mark because Mark and his team are very active in the local area and has a good knowledge of property values and marketed the property professionally. Mark did secure a contract on the property within a short period of time and, although we were a little short of our original goal I think we did secure around the market value for this property.
