Mark's extensive knowledge and contacts in buyers circles and a huge database through DDRE, got our house sold at the first open with a price that was great but also fair to both buyer and seller! Mark's tips on small jobs we had pending and completed within a matter of days, meant we ended up having a smooth and quick sale! There was no waffling about with this team!! Lachlan and Naomi were extremely helpful, when we asked for extra paperwork or to accommodate any requests we had that was catered to even if it was out of ours. Mark presented very well and from my perspective appears very knowledgeable about the market. However I felt let down when I could not speak to him at the time I needed his expertise the most i.e. when the an offer came in and I had to decide on my own what to do. Admittedly, it was after-hours but still, that is what is an agent's bread and butter. I also felt that Mark should have been the one to present the contract and sit in on the signing. Mark's support person Naomi was excellent.

We first meet Mark Rumsey 12 years ago, He sold use the house we lived in for 12 years. Mark would keep in contact with us every 12 to 18 months just to see how things were going, personally, Renos and just generally interested in us and our home. After 12 years and our 2 kids moving on we decided to get incontact with mark to discuss our options with either finish off the reno's or look at selling the property. Mark come over to have a look at the house, then sat down with us to work out a plan. We then decided to go a head with selling. Mark DID NOT at anytime try to convince us in selling he really listened to our plans and gave us some options. We then worked with Mark with a sale price, all parties decided on a price. Mark then took us through the selling process. Mark was a professional and listened to us then a salesman guiding us all the way to the sale.
