I am a widow and have never gone through this process before on my own, to me it was an absolute maze of uncertainty and I was very nervous. From the time I contacted Mark he and his assistant Naomi explained everything thoroughly every step of the way, they were always available if I had any questions and they thoroughly 'knew their stuff'. My home sold within the first week for a very good price and I am so grateful to them for their assistance. The buyer wanted a 30 day settlement date and as at that stage I didn't have a home to go to Mark helped me negotiate a 45 day settlement date.
