Being skeptical of "Salesmen" I was a little hesitant on who to chose as an agent to sell my property. After talking with 2 different agents, Shaun appeared confident, witty, fitting and professional, all at once. I was worried if he was just giving me line after line, but after talking to him for about 2 hrs , he was also completely honest in his thoughts and concerns for a quick and simple sale. That honesty is the reason I signed him up to sell my home. He kept me well informed in every aspect of the sale and was present for photos , meetings and even brought his assistant, Tayla, out to meet us and show her through the house as well. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman, our property sold at the price we wanted on the 1st open house, we where thrilled. The after sale service and information kept flowing through, he has phoned me every step of the way to keep me informed and up to date, with what was happening with the buyers, house inspections, cooling off period and many congratulations phone calls. While he is very professional, he is also a very down to earth type of guy , i loved that about him and it made our business relationship, all the smoother. Very impressed with Shaun's market knowledge and proactive approach to the sale of our home. He had researched our property's history even before we had employed him as our agent. He was contactable even outside of working hours and was passionate about achieving the best price possible for us. His advice for preparing our home was honest and helpful.
