Derek was recommended to us by a family member who had previously had a market appraisal carried out by him. Initially we contacted him to have a market appraisal of our own home conducted. Upon arrival he presented us with extensive and well prepared information about recent local property sales in our area and was able to view our home giving relevant comparisons to these homes, thus giving what we felt was a very accurate appraisal.
