Kim was excellent. I believe I would have had a better experience if she wasn’t on leave and another agent took over. I wouldn’t trust anyone else from dowling Raymond terrace other than Kim. Others , in my experience, are not transparent and I think believe that they are a bigger person than anyone else. Kim understood my needs and acted on them. My father passed away the day of settlement and Kim helped me to make the transition so much easier in a time of trauma. I don’t believe any of the males from that office would have done the same. Thank you Kim. I really appreciate your help and understanding.
