From the beginning she went out of her way to show us other homes on the market, and then reserved extra time at inspections to answer any additional questions. From there on it was like clockwork; getting back to us on responses from the vendor in a timely fashion and periodically giving updates along the way. There was never any feeling of being pressured or rushed into making any decisions.
