It's been months since we moved to out current residence but follow ups with our agent Michelle are neverending. Its takes too much time, multiple reminders, phone calls and follow ups to get her response and even more effort to get an action. We've been chasing her about getting the AC inverter fixed since April but we're still waiting, and the weather is gettimg really cold these days. We are extremely frustrated dealing with her. Could we be assigned a different agent?
