I first met Tony when I was inspecting a property other than the one i purchased . He was professional and helpful . He took time to explain things that i was not aware of and answered all my questions . His market appraisal of this property was spot on . While inspecting the property I purchased , Tony was very helpful in answering the many questions I had . He gave unbiased advice as to different possible outcomes . and he happily discussed other properties ( non elders properties) in the area that I had been looking at.
