We choose Adcock Prestige as our marketing agents after interviewing several highly qualified agents. Jason and Holly delivered a well polished and successful campaign to sell the property for a good price despite the likelihood of only a narrow cross section of the market being interested (renovators and developers). Open houses were very well attended and a number of offers were received. Jason swiftly identified a promising potential buyer and negotiated an agreement under competing time pressures which we are pleased with. Jason is active and energetic and has good communication skills. The extent of his network, market experience and knowledge are all readily apparent. He was invariably quick to respond to any requests, and it was reassuring to be able to get through to him or Holly at all times without any delay. Forget the rest …go with the best !
There are some agents who will tell you they are specialists in an area and they’ve got qualified buyers ready to jump onto a property the minute it is listed. The reality is buyers are not loyal to agents so if you want to sell your place you need an agent who is knowledgeable, has a plan and has experience in closing deals. Forget the rest go with Jason Adcock prestige.

Best Prestige agent ever
Best Prestige agent ever. Jason worked tirelessly and expertly to achieve a price that was fair for both the seller and the buyer. He has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Brisbane Prestige market. He was never pushy but provided us at all times with exceptional advice that was for our benefit. He was available 24/7 and nothing was too much to ask for. He was always punctual and didn’t delegate. He attended all the open houses with 2 extra staff and managed everything in an extremely professional manner. Jason was always reliable and gave the best advice at all times. He never missed or was late for any appointments. Nothing was too much trouble for Jason. He worked an entire weekend to finalise the sale. He had a list of contacts who helped us prepare the house for sale. You could not find a better prestige agent in Brisbane. His staff are as exceptionally good as he is.
