He made us very aware there was a lot of work and money to spend on the house itself even thought he highlighted the exterior was outstanding and on a large block. The price we accepted was reflective of his advice and we thank him for his direction and support. It was a nerve wracking time with 4 weeks with no prior offers prior to Auction and no bids at the Auction.
