Selling from afar
Addison real estate has been involved with our investment property from the beginning. When the time came to sell they were the obvious choice. Matthew was professional and very timely with the answers to our emails. We had to rely on his knowledge of the area and the Victorian legal side of selling as we live in NSW he suggested the easiest way for us to sell our property. The conveyancer that he suggested was great to deal with. All very professional and we were very happy with the final outcome.

Matt did a great job selling our home right from the initial inspection and estimate of market value, beautiful photos, keeping us updated throughout the sale period even though interstate and helping sort out contract issues. Easy transaction and well organised
Being from Melbourne and buying in Morwell we were dreading trying to organise house inspections and viewings. Matt made sure that when ever we needed anything he would have it organised with the current tenant and that we could go down and have a look when it made it easy for us.
