Sale of properties

When we decided to sell 2of my properties Raquel went above and beyond ensuring we received the best price for both. She sat down with us and explained the process from the price to the advertising . She would always listen to our ideas and offer her suggestions and recommendations She always communicated throughout the process whether being via email,Phone call or SMS. We were all so happy with the final outcome and exceede more than we thought we would receive. Raquel takes her job seriously with such professionalism . I highly rate her 10/10 as an agent. Extremely proffessional, delivered beyond expectations

Exceptional service and great result.

Raquel took care of everything. We felt comfortable, reassured and confident throughout the whole experience. We received comprehensive information regarding open inspection results, day or night. She helped to prepare our home for sale, employed a maintenance and repair team, and even arranged a last-minute electrician on a weekend after I broke a light fitting. The sale price exceeded expectations, and Raquel's effort to get us there were truly outstanding. We do not intend to sell again anytime soon, but when we do we will absolutely employ Raquel and APB for the job.
