Mark is very attentive and careful to presenting our property at its best and he gave us lots of ideas to make it more appealing to potential purchasers. We took his advice to do all the necessary refurbishment, it turned out that our property was sold within a month. Mark looked after our house very well starting from the rental period up until the settlement of the sales, he continuously checked the pool, lawn and the building to make sure everything was in good condition and communicated with us if there was something wrong and he would tried to solve any problems immediately.
