Adele was no bullshit from the begging understanding and always answered the phone when we had questions as First home buyers. He made purchasing our first home a pleasure! Today it’s hard to find a real estate agent who doesn’t hassle you everyday to make offers and doesn’t feel like they are not on your side throughout your purchase. My partner and I, looked for houses for a long time and started avoiding certain home inspections because some agents just annoy the heck out of you though the following week like bad 80s car sales men. I first met Adele when I was looking around to get an idea of the Market and if I wanted to sell. We got talking. I was impressed with his manner and he gave me some great advice and I now knew how I would sell my house. When I decided to sell I called Adele and asked him to sell my house. Since that moment Adele was committed to getting me the Price I had hoped for and in the timeframe that suited me. He is easy to communicate with and is always keeping me up to date. He is professional and motivated and when I came across stumbles he had good , reputable contacts that could get jobs done for me quickly and affordably (e.g. getting a compliance certificate for my pool with the required repairs). As it turns out, just as I was to exchange , a house that Adele was selling was suitable for me and he has done his upmost to ensure that I did not miss out on this house and that my transition from my house to the new house will be without hassle.
