Adrian’s market knowledge, in particular the local market was spot on. He had a great understanding of the mindset of the vendor and potential buyers, he walked us through the process with confidence and continual reassurance. Adrian is cool calm and collected and doesn’t get swept up in the emotion of what can be a roller coaster. He encourages the involvement and continual development of his team, allowing them to express their individuality and be heavily involved in the process, it’s a real team environment, Adrian strikes me as quite the mentor.
