
Coming from a sales background, I felt Joseph's initial pitch was confident, polished and professional. Lots of stats to back up his claims, good stories of successes he'd delivered to other clients, and advice that was tailored us as vendors. To be honest - I was sceptical. He set expectations that were incredibly high in the areas of results, service and communication that I thought would be hard to achieve. I am pleased to report, that his confidence was 100% justified. Joseph and his team exceeded the high standards of service that he promised to deliver in our initial meeting, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to sell. A key benefit that Joseph had discussed in our first meeting was communication. This was something I place a high value on, and Joseph exceeded my expectations throughout the campaign. At every stage he took the time to explain what would happen at the next step, what the measures of success would be, and how our approaches might change depending on what happened. For me, this meant that at each point of the campaign I was comfortable and confident - I had an understanding about how our strategy might change two or three stages down the line. Considering our campaign coincided with conflict in Iran, and major changes to CGT and Negative Gearing this was very valuable to us as vendors! In the final stages of the campaign, Joseph helped us through the offer and counter offer process, and achieved a sales result that we were happy with in an EXTREMELY challenging market. Overall it was an exceptional experience working with Joseph and his team, I do not think I could have been happier with his service. Highly recommended.
