Working with Joseph Ferreira to sell our property at 5/31 Dulwich Street, Dulwich Hill was an excellent experience from start to finish. I met with two different agencies during the selection process, and Joseph stood out immediately through both his professionalism and the way the agency, Adrian William, presented itself. Joseph communicated clearly, kept in close contact throughout the process, and demonstrated outstanding market knowledge. I appreciated his use of real examples and past experiences to explain market conditions and buyer behaviour in a way that felt honest and easy to understand. He also guided us through the preparation process very well, organising professional stylists and quality tradespeople. Every vendor they recommended was excellent. The property went to market during a particularly challenging period for NSW real estate. Seasonal slowdowns were already affecting activity, federal budget changes to capital gains tax and negative gearing, inflation, and global instability all placed additional pressure on the market. Investor confidence noticeably weakened during the campaign. Despite this, Joseph did a fantastic job generating interest, building a shortlist of serious buyers, and guiding us strategically through the process. Joseph successfully secured a sale one week before auction at a price above our expectations. The entire experience exceeded expectations and felt first-class throughout. I would highly recommend Joseph to anyone looking to sell their property.
