My property was originally listed with a local agent who had a strong sales history in the area. I was promised a certain price and a result within a specific timeframe, but as the weeks went on, the only advice I received was to keep lowering the price. I started to feel like the agent was working with the buyers rather than representing my best interests. The final straw came when the agent presented an offer and pressured me to sign a contract that was full of conditions I wasn’t comfortable with, telling me it was the best I would get. When deciding who to use to sell my property in Parkdale, I considered using one of the larger and more mainstream agencies. However, upon meeting J from Everywhere Real Estate, I immediately knew what I had to do and signed up. It has been the best decision, with J achieving a record for my apartment layout in my building. Think of it this way... John is a good communicator and consults you all the way. In addition, he reads the situation well and guides you through doubts etc. I had given up on the flat being sold, but through his good negotiation and reading the situation it got sold very timely. If John was not available at the time I made contact, Archi and Jaystina were always at the ready to assist, no matter what the time. I certainly recommend the whole team.
