We cannot give Linda Rose from Elders enough accolades on selling our Bunbury house. We first met Skip when we went to look at a property he was selling. He certainly wasn't your typical salesman - he was "normal" just like us - that is why we chose him to sell our unit. He was realistic right from the first viewing of our home and gave practical advice on how better to present our home without spending a fortune. Skip was constantly in contact with us throughout the whole process. We sold in a couple of weeks but in that time Skip became more than just our agent - we now consider him our friend. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Skip if you are looking for someone who is down to earth and not just in it for the sale.

It was a delight to have Caroline as our Agent. Communication skills are excellent. She really listened and thus understood the style of home that we were seeking. Caroline went above and beyond to ensure we were able to view properties that we were interested. This was sincerely appreciated given the nearly 2 hour drive from our previous home base. Her follow up post Settlement was a lovely gesture. Definitely helped us feel welcomed to the new community. Highly recommended.
