Clemence impressed us with her professionalism and knowledge of the market from our first introduction. She made herself very familiar with our property and all it had to offer, in particular the history associated with the old, yet functional shearing shed. On the first visit after we listed, she brought out three couples who were on her personal file. The second couple to view bought the property! We think Clemence’s understanding of the potential buyers’ wishes and needs in their search for their desired property was instrumental in making such a quick sale. Clemence’s knowledge of the wine industry was an added bonus for us as sellers and the viewers who may not have been familiar with vineyards and wine making. Their questions were able to be answered with professionalism and real knowledge. Clemence was always attentive and followed up on all requests with alacrity and thoroughness. I contacted Elders to enquire about water requirements on my bush block and Roslyn took the call. She offered to meet with me to discuss the situation. I had been tossing around the idea of selling my property and the information Roslyn gave me decided it for me. The right person would have to accept the small fibro kit home on a beautifully treed bush block. Roslyns description of the property highlighted the benefits of the purchase. Roslyn organised many home opens to allow interest in the property to grow as it was a unique property. The property sold over the reserve and I took comfort in knowing the people who bought the property knew how to look after it for the flora, fauna, birds and reptiles that lived there. Roslyn kept in regular contact with me to update me on visitor numbers and comments made by prospective buyers which allowed me to decide on the correct time for the online auction to take place. Ben's knowledge of the market was excellent as the plan he put together for us worked as he had planned it. The time on the market was slightly shorter than proposed as we had an offer that we accepted. The price was also slightly higher than what he suggested it would be. The settlement process went smoothly with Ben ringing regularly to keep us informed of the progress of the inspections and sale through to final settlement.
