Market Knowledge - Karen clearly displayed excellent, relevant market knowledge that cut through the wanna be buyers to the determined buyers. Market strategies - in our first meeting Karen presented a well thought out plan to target her existing pool of investors demonstrating excellent knowledge of local, interstate and intra state buyers. Communication - clear, consistent and timely with all phone calls and emails. Karen was extremely approachable, we felt very comfortable in dealing with her. Professionalism - Karen clearly knew her market and guided us through the bidding war she had created to gain us the best possible price for our property. She could readily discuss her recent results in terms of time on market and selling prices (within the realms of confidentiality). This was the first time we had sold a property and she never overwhelmed us with information or legalese. In summary Karen was a delight to deal with and most importantly she sold our property within a short period of time for well above our expectations. I cannot recommend her enough.

It was a pleasure working with Ben. There were some complications with our sale which Ben handled in his stride and liaised with the buyer to secure a sale that was acceptable to all parties. I've known Gerry a long time. When it came time to sell our property I had no hesitation in giving Gerry a call. Right off she was a font of knowledge about the market. Gave us advice on how best to get the price we were after. Presentation of property etc. Never tried to undersell our home for a quick sale.
