We purchased a home via Roslyn in 2021. She answered every call and every question professionally and in a down to earth and personable manner that we found refreshing. Roslyn was very accommodating of our schedule given we were purchasing in Australind and living in Perth so viewings were often outside of ordinary scheduled times which she organised without issue. Even following the sale Roslyn was always contactable and I have called or text her to enquire about property related questions (her recommendations for engineers-we are rennovating the home, settlement agents for our other properties etc) and even though the sale was completed months ago, and my questions were unrelated to that sale, she has taken time out of her schedule to pass along information I have enquired about and check in on how we are enjoying our new home (immensely!). I would highly recommend Roslyn who is a pioneer of the area but is dedicated to good customer service.

Roslyn absolutely sold our house in a reasonable amount of time. No question. However, I had never sold a house before and was not aware of a pre-sale inspection and was called by Roslyn and quite rudely told that I should have had the keys in etc. I had a tenant in the property and had no idea when I was supposed to have them out by. I was contacted about the sale of the property but not once contacted post sale to thank me for my business or my near $14,000 commission. I wasn't overly happy with the communication from the real estate and specifically felt let down by Roslyn and the team towards settlement (which was postponed due to lack of communication with me).

We decided to sell in an isolated area of the Southwest and move to Bunbury. Roslyn had been involved in all of our previous dealings so we contacted her with absolute confidence again. As always , her communication , knowledge and professionalism shone. The process began immediately with fantastic photos and descriptions going onto the website. There was immediate interest and viewings. An offer was presented within 2 weeks , $20 000 more than we expected and Roslyn was as pleased as we were. We then needed to find a property in Bunbury , in a very busy market with few listings. Our house was packed and the truck was booked- with no where to go. Several houses were viewed without results. Then with her usual calm manner , Roslyn said "I know a family thinking of selling ..." An hour later I viewed this gorgeous cottage in our dream area , put in an offer which was actually lower than we expected to pay and the rest is history ! Settlement was arranged to coincide with our sale , a short 3 weeks away, which meant there was a lot to do in a short time. Pest and building inspections were arranged promptly , documents signed and communication increased with clear instruction on what needed to be done every step of the way . Even during 7am phone conversations, Roslyn was polite , precise and accommodating. And always with her great sense of humour. Selling, buying and moving house was a joy to share with Roslyn again. She made it much easier with her calm nature and second to none experience. We whole heartedly recommend her. Thanks Roslyn !
