I found Nick and his colleagues that handled the sale of my Darwin city apartment to be at all times proactive, reliable and courteous. The level of communication throughout was first rate, and always timely. I have to say that the final offer came in at about 10-15% lower than I would have wished for and about 30% less than originally quoted, but nonetheless I am satisfied with the final outcome.
