Way back at the end of 2009 I first met Nick. He was the agent representing the unit I ended up loving and later purchasing. Nick was very friendly and professional, so it was only natural after having a good experience buying the property, to call upon Nick to list the unit for us. I had to track him down as he had left his previous agency and ventured out on his own, which wasn't a surprise as he was very good. So after giving him a call, he was available to come and look at the unit and get started right away that day. Working with Nick and Tracy was really a great experience my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed. We all put our heads together and come up with a plan on staging, also with Nick's recommendation to paint the unit, we ended up with a absolutely stunning place that was the best it had ever looked. Nick and Tracy worked around the clock and really gave us and the unit the best chance any agent could out there. The unit went for a little lower then what i was hoping for, however it is something all sellers likely say, and at the end of the day it was the market, not the way in it was shown or presented. Nick and Tracy did find the emotional buyers, something we all hoped it would attract and we received an offer a lot higher then the second best. All in all, it was such an enjoyable and rewarding experience working with the team, one that my partner and I wish we could do again! Even doing some part time work with Nick and Tracy has crossed our minds a few times! When ever the day comes to sell our house, you can rest assure we will be calling Nick and his team again. He's done it again! We recently sold a property in Seaford and, based on his previous performance, we asked him to do us the honour of selling the most recent property on our behalf. His performance and attention to detail was second to none. He is realistic, honest, knowledgeable, professional, personable and the list goes on. We were referred to Lou Colella by our rental agent, and were not glad we took the recommendation.
