First Met Andrew when he was the agent selling a house we eventually purchased. As the purchaser I was extremely impressed by the way he worked for the Vendor. Whilst working for the Vendor Andrew maintained a friendly, courteous and totally professional manner to us. In short he is a no nonsense, professional agent and I didn’t hesitate to engage him as our agent when we needed to sell a family property. Christine has done it again - she had already sold one house for us, so when we went to sell again she was our first choice. Would highly recommend if you want someone who is dedicated to getting the job done - and that is definitely needed in these crazy times. If I had the task of defining the best qualities of a Real Estate Practitioner, I would refer to Daniel McGlashan as the model for the definition. I have had a number of dealings with Estate Agents over a a few decades and I have to say that, without exception, Daniel fulfils the expectations of what any customer would want in that capacity. He is straight to the point, honest and personable. He is by far the most professional person I have met. He is a credit to his industry and to himself for his human approach to his chosen profession. He sets the standard by which every Real Estate Practitioner should be judged.
