Buying a property made easier with a reliable Agent at hand
Leanne made the purchase of the property nice a very good experience, with her knowledge of the area, professionalism and reliability in getting back to us as needed a real standout. No enquiries were too big or too small, including when we negotiated the price, had any general questions, asked to see the property again during building inspection and then again in the final inspection, together with dealing with the vendor on our request to purchase any of the existing furniture. Leanne and/or her colleague Teresa were also readily available for us. Thank you again for your time Leanne and for allowing us from the very first visit to properly take in all aspects of the property and then working with us as needed to finalise things.

Flexible and Accommodating
Teresa was incredibly helpful in liaising with a number of parties during the conditional period including vendors, inspectors and myself, as I was overseas during some of this time and could only reply via email. As a result of vendor circumstances, the initial offer process was a bit messy, however, Teresa was accommodating in fulfilling requests to ensure the property was in good condition for settlement, proactively reaching out at times to ensure a smooth settlement process. She was always prompt in answering any questions I had or clarifying steps, as this was the purchase of my first home.

Great Negotiator
Don’t get caught up on which agent has the lowest fee or quotes the highest price. You need to hire a negotiator and Leanne is the best on the area. We have sold two properties with Leanne and got the most she could - she knew our minimum and ignored it to get the best she could for us. Not many agents like her.
