Lou has helped us to negotiate the buy, then helped us to go through the process of organising a Licensee Agreement to move into the house as early as possible. He maintained constant communication, was always friendly and although working for the vendor, he always took the buyer (me) needs into consideration, which is what I think all agents should do! Lou sets the standards high in terms of Real Estate Agent and I would use him as my agent when I decide to sell.
