Aside from glowing reviews from friends in the area, I actually listed with Michael due to my experience with him when I was a buyer. Michael was the only agent I dealt with who was upfront, honest and professional. I recall thinking at the time that despite not being successful in purchasing on that occasion, that Michael’s style was a welcome anomaly in the industry. Having been on both sides of the coin, Michael is an honest and down to earth agent when you are buying - he waste zero of your time and is an endearing person to deal with. If he makes a statement, he follows through and always keeps you up to date. It was something that I hadn’t come across, so when it came time to sell, Michael was the person I looked too. Just as when buying, Michael is upfront and honest in all facets of his practice. His communication between myself and potential buyers was just as I expected, his sales skills and record speak for themselves & the final result was, in true Michael fashion, outstanding and exactly as he stated. Michael is successful because he works differently, ethically and professionally, I can’t recommend his services enough - and though I no longer live in the area, it will still be Michael who I will list with in the future.
