Couldn’t Have Asked for Anyone Better!
As first home buyers, purchasing our first home was a huge deal, and the process a little confusing and overwhelming at times. Michael was fantastic in every step of the process. Excellent agent
Michelle was a delight to work with. She persevered through 8 weeks of open house appointments and was very conscientious and diligent. She gave us confidence that we would get the right buyer at a price we considered viable. Enthusiastic agent
Badiha was excellent at highlighting the positives of the property we purchased and had lots of tips on how to make best use of the property's features. Exceeded our expectations
From our initial meeting it was clear Michael was the agent for us, his ability to build a genuine rapport and no pressure approach was a refreshing change from some of the other agents we had interviewed. He spent over an hour to explain the current market, his selling process and provided advice on things we should and shouldn’t do to prepare our property for sale. Throughout the entire process the communication was excellent, we were kept in the loop at all times and Michael was always quick to answer questions, no matter how trivial. He even assisted with questions relating to the purchase of our next property. When it came to the negotiations he walked us through the pros and cons of each offer, and in the end he achieved a sale price that exceeded our expectations.
