Derek was spot on with the price he thought we could get for our home. Waaaaay above what we thought but then he delivered it. He was constantly informing us of what was going on throughout the sale and we never felt out of the loop. We were just stoked with what he managed to deliver to us. Michael was exactly what you are looking for in an agent. He's honest, and very knowledgeable about house prices in our local area given that he is a local resident himself.
