After 6 months of looking for our dream property with many other agencies . We spoke to Ben and he predicted that the property he about to list would suit us. And he was right, It was spot on!!! The first day it came available for inspection Ben promptly answered the phone and inspection was made the next day. Nic followed on and was very professional and after the first open house on Saturday we had a contact written up the following Monday morning. We had competition so 2 contacts were given to the sellers. Ours was accepted and we were over the moon!!! We couldn’t be any happier. Thank you Nic and Ben for making this possible. We are now in our dream property and it hasn’t disappointed us one bit. We are so excited still.
