As soon as this house was listed Nic was telling me to get to the open home. After the open house she told me not to wait to make an offer If I wanted it because she knew it was going to go quickly and quickly it did! Just 6 days after it was listed I had a contract signed. Nic knew I wanted to be in before Christmas so she was happy to take time out of her Sunday morning to get the contract signed and under way. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. Would definitely recommend Nic if you’re wanting to buy or sell!

Ben was very patient and empathetic through the whole process of the sale, especially through the finance which took longer then expected. Any concerns or problems I had with my property was taken care of quickly and well communicated. I understand that real estate agents have the sellers best interest in mind but Ben also made sure that me as the buyer was also happy. I'd recommend Ben to others.
