Stacy Brand - well in October 2010, Stacy did indeed sell us, 24 Cosford Drive. So we knew her skill set. Both Karen & I are in sales, so we know what we want & demand in a sales professional. From word go Rob was wonderful to deal with. Selling one's home can be very stressful, but Rob took complete control. He was incredibly proactive. Communication with us was wonderful. There was not one day that went by where we wondered "what is happening?" He included us in everything that was happening every step of the way. But not only was Rob professional he was friendly and just an all-round nice person. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Rob to any other perspective buyer or seller.
