Ciara is the go to expert in North Mackay , so was a natural choice for us . She gave us great advice and was so encouraging during the whole process, our house was difficult to sell because of the usual location. I was referred to Stacy by a friend and it proved to be well worth it as Stacy kept me advised of all developments giving advice as to the market and what I could expect. The marketing of the property was excellent and showed the property to its full extent. Stacey kept me updated after all open houses and was always available for phone calls and answered all questions. Stacy's staff were excellent providing information and updating on open houses and expressions of interest. She respected my wishes and after expressing the amount I wanted for the property proceeded with all due diligence to obtain a reasonable price for the property.
