Luke epitomises what it is to be a professional. I have experienced his skill and expertise on both the buying and selling side. He knows the importance of getting the basics right. Things like always being on time, doing what he says he will do and providing frequent & flawless communication with impact. Beyond the basics, what impressed my wife and I the most was his awareness of the simple but significant symbols which underpin human relationships. He remembered the names of our children months after meeting us for the first time. He consistently acknowledged our sense of family and was acutely aware of the different phases we were at but not intrusively. This suggested to us he understands the sale and purchase of a home goes beyond just being a transaction. In terms of the results, his recommendation led to favourable outcomes in both instances. He would often say “that’s just my job” but my sense is it goes beyond that for Luke. He really cares. Luke is exceptionally good at his craft, is a great bloke and an asset to his business. Whether you are buying or selling, if Luke’s involved, take comfort. He is the only person I will engage going forward to have anything to do with my properties from an agent perspective.

Stacy provided us with straightforward and well-considered advice from the outset, did not try to talk down the value of our property when giving us her market appraisal (as some agents were inclined to do) and communicated regularly with us throughout the sale process. She provided us with sound advice to help us achieve a sale and, when things did not work out during the 'sole agent' phase, worked just as hard for us afterwards.
