Our experience with Explore started well before we had locked in Mackay as our future home. One of Stacy's assistants (Darcie) gave me around 30 minutes of her time explaining everything Mackay which was highly beneficial in us making our final decision as we were moving from the Gold Coast & also considering the Whitsundays. She gave her time, at a time when the market was white hot when generally agents would barely give you the time of day, unless you were buying from them. Darcie is a dead set star of the future ! We met Stacy afterwards who displayed her vast experience and "can do" attitude-nothing a problem and questions answered pronto ! Understand that this is Stacy's review but Justin Spyve from Explore was also very helpful with some critical information along the way, thanks. The whole Explore experience has been a positive one and in fact we have already been referring buyers to the group. Explore doesn't appear to be your stereotypical agency as it appears the whole group work together in harmony, refreshing to say the least. The whole moving thing is highly stressful and I'm typing this with a 100 boxes around me but Stacy and her team have made this an enjoyable experience.
